Sometimes yes, sometimes no - not entirely sure how to find out beforehand.
I know the digital version of Burnout Paradise was technically a different game than the physical version. So even though I'd found all the hidden elements in the physical version - when they gave everyone a digital version for free, because of the PSN hack, I had to find everything again.
