The biggest problem with Africa is, the resources it has that could bring in money and help build structure, the industries that could make huge change, all belong to non Africans. Coco, tea, and hundreds of other exports are all ran by and owned by rich western companies and non of them give back.

Secondly, the humans that are so great, civilised and about justice and peace, I.e. Our great leaders, they don't care about dictators in African countries unless it is a threat to Israel or it may affect their trading (Egypt for example).

So we pillage the continent, we use it and abuse it, we turn a blind eye to the dictators and violent extremists and then we expect what exactly?!

The issue is the world is largely ran by selfish people. They won't help another country unless there is something in it for them, be it oil or gold etc. Humans do not work together as a unit, at least not decision makers. They work as gangs and clicks and unless you have something to offer them they will either rob you or beat you.

As people have said there is no real solution to this because those who can are doing nothing and at the same time you cant turn people away who are fighting life and death.

If people really care, there would be far more genuine efforts in creating solutions than there is of blaming refugees and immigrants. Blaming the people caught in the crossfire is essentially a cop out.
