Having actually got Overwatch, I can honestly say that it deserves its price, for me at least. You need to know where to look though, because if you start judging the game with the fact that it's multiplayer only and that it has microtransactions in it...you're doing it wrong.
All the maps in the game are incredibly well done. At the very least they are all balanced.
The heroes are all very unique and fun to play with, I am curious to see what heroes Blizzard come up with next.
The graphics are actually very good for this type of game. People who say that they aren't good enough for the game's price should go play Paladins, which is basically Overwatch's F2P counterpart. See the difference. Actually, also see the difference in gameplay, maps and playable characters while you're at it.
Overwatch is an extremely well done game for what it's supposed to provide the customer. That, combined with Blizzard's support, translates into an upcoming top eSports scene.
