Really? No major plot holes? I don't think I've ever seen a Marvel movie that didn't have major plot holes. But okay, lets talk about some.

1. "We need to be reigned in." Really Tony? We? We need to be reigned in? Coming from the guy who mad hyper advanced weaponry that when the government said "hey, that's too dangerous for one man to control" said, "Fuck you guys! I'm Ironman!". The guy who made a super robot that tried to kill everyone and then decided that the only way to fix it was to try and do the same thing over again?]

Tony Stark, the guy who has been the bull in a China shop for the entire series is jumping right on board with government oversight because after his years of making weapons and killing people with his bare (metal covered) hands, one angry lady made him feel bad about someone who got killed?

3. Why does Black Panther have powers? They literally don't mention them at all. He can fist fight Captain America and the Winter Soldier and can run down a motorcycle...why? How? P90X?

4. This is a smaller issue, but Why did Scarlet Witch just throw things at people during the airport fight? For instance, she throws cars at Ironman...Just grab him. She literally could have ended that fight in like a minute by just holding them all while Cap and Bucky run to the jet. Hell, they all could have made it to the jet.

Certain things just have to happen, in order to let the story go on.

1. That can easily be an issue at any time, for Stark. Even in the comics. He mostly does things on his own, yeah. But, we could easily say that it wasn't just one person. It could have been the culmination of all the past fuck ups. That made him do this. Even pepper too. Remember, he gave up being the President, for his company. Yeah he's lazy, but he wants to be the center. And still let Pepper do it.

3. You have to let that slide. You don't need to waste 5 minutes to explain his powers. Just look them up. Or wait for a movie that has more time to him. It be like explaining Ant-Man or Spider-Man to people. Since they're from different movies. Falcon didn't get explinations, in Ant-Man's film.

4. is a major issue, but, you kind of gotta ignore it. The comics do this all the time. In the comic version of Civil War. There's a few characters that could of easily ended the "war". But they don't do it. It's mainly because, even though they want a side to win. They don't fully want to A: Wreck the places they fight. B: Don't want to kill people off. Kind of a moot war. If say, New York City was obliterated. And half of people you know, are dead. Or Sue Storm would be ripping peoples body parts after 5 minutes. Ant-Man would make shrinkers that target hearts. Hulk/She-Hulk would just rip everyones head off etc. Lying in this universe is basically impossible. And hiding idenities. With certain characters powers. But it still happens. Also, if Iron Man's team wanted too. They could of just given up the info to the public. Stark could of been like "Here's all the real names of everyone that we know." Like when he just said I'm Iron Man, on TV.
