What I'm saying is that they will release a "Steam Box" style Xbox One with similar a similar spec to the current Xbox One for a lower price. It will run something similar to the current XB1 OS and will play Xbox One games but also PC games sold through the Xbox/Windows store.

They will step away from the Xbox One name and call it something else but also keep the Xbox name. Windows Xbox or something like that.

This way MS has a foot in the console and PC market with one device and more importantly they will still sell Xbox gold subs.
