The key word to note here is "potential".
These aren't projections or estimates based on actual NX data.
It's just what the NX could do if it was to perform like the two scenario's noted above.
If anything that data above is more about how the Wii did compared to the Wii U and how drastic the difference between the two was.
So don't use this as some sort of measure of how NX will actually do at all. Don't read into it at all.
