Are we one year removed from a small horde of new Nintendo titles?

Why not? We already know Zelda U is coming to the NX, and the leaks point out to Smash U coming as well. Mario Maker is a game that just needs updates, not sequels, and if they manage to make the WiiU levels work on the NX it will be a beast, just like any 2D Mario. Zelda is an unreleased game. the leaks point to nothing because they are nothing, there's no source for any of it. also, backwards compatibility covers everything.

There's no guarantee that this thing will even have an optical drive... why are you so certain it will have built in backwards compatibility? We know virtually nothing about the hardware.
