Yeah, like I said I really think (and they'd never admit this) that part of what made the Wii U droughts even worse than they might have been was a shifting of resources away from a failing system towards their next one.
Personally, I really hope there's ports, and the four you mentioned are the perfect candidates. Especially in regard to Smash... that game is excellent and dear lord let Sakurai take a cat nap before forcing him onto the next iteration.
I'll never put it past Nintendo to be caught off guard by common technological advancement though. Hopefully they've caught on this time around.
