Solid tracking from VGC if you ask me. VGC has it at 40.7M and is 2 weeks ahead. And also adds on an average of 150k/week. So in truth they can't be more than say 300k-400k overtracked.

And all Sony said is over 40M, that could very well mean 40.4M or something.
