NX is a home console able to stream their games to a portable NX like to WiiU gamepad but can pass through Internet networks, see through telephone networks.
Portable NX could be autonomous, does not need to be powerful, just a decompression chip H.265 ... the other advantage is the low power consumption, if the CPU and GPU are not solicited because it is streaming, the biggest consumption will screen ...
remember Iwata in 2014:
