Have you tried We Ski? I don't believe I am a F***ing moron and I bought it. Best $29 game I ever bought and for one reason. The use of motion control is the best I have ever seen. You'll be skiing in minutes but you can achieve a remarkable degree of control.
GameSpot didn't like it but thats because the F***ing moron reviewer switched to a "standard" controller and declared the game dull. They just don't get it. Of course it's dull sitting on the couch wiggling your thumbs. Standing up and using motion control the hand motions are natural and the body leaning adds a great level of immersion even without the balance board. The balance board will just make it better. No there's not great depth as far as story, or campaiging but there is a big mountain with a lot of trails. Racing with a buddy is great but even alone it's great fun. It's something you might only play 30 min to an hour at a time but return to often.
