While I see the distinction, 3D Mario World was an excellent game so I don't feel cheated there.
Really, there's few things I'm disappointed about with the system; we even got an unexpected, fun new franchise in the form of Splatoon!
I suppose if there's one longshot I think they missed out on it's a new, deeper Pokemon Snap with Pokken Tournament style graphics. If any game was meant for the Wii U and its gamepad, it was clearly Pokemon Snap, and I just don't understand how no one made that connection when trying to find use for said gamepad. It would have been a match made in video game heaven.
Otherwise, I'm content with the lineup we got for the Wii U.
