Do you nickname your Pokemon?

The only Pokemon I ever nicknamed was my shiny Ralts (now my shiny Gardevoir)

I'm pretty sure the only reason I never nicknamed my Pokemon in the first place was that none of the main characters in the anime series do so, by now it's just a habit of mine not to change their names.
