The beta garnered a lot of interest, it seems, and rightfully so, since it was fun as hell. I expect it to beat out Doom by a decent margin, though that game deserves strong sales as well. The last few months have been fantastic games-wise for me, with Ratchet, Dark Souls, Uncharted, Doom and Overwatch, and next month looks like the streak is continuing with Mirror's Edge and No Man's Sky. |
I think the game will be the best selling game this year, I think 15m+ is on-lock easily. Largest beta numbers in history, and unlike Battlefront, the impressions were overwhelmingly positive.
Only thing I'm not sure about is the pricetag. Personally I think this game would have more sucess as a $20 or $30 digital only game .
