After a retally of new additions, 3DS/N3DS has highest number at 135 total owned between all users, but 107 users who own one or both.

PS4 comes in next at 116, but due to no one owning multiple it has the highest population.

After that is PC with 112 total, and a population of 105.

 

So population-wise, yes; PS4. But there are currently more than a dozen more 3DS's than PS4's amongst the users here.
