Like what? A Phone? A TV? Its not the same thing. You know what you are getting with those. Its not like one TV has channels other TVs dont have or you can only call certain people from certain phones. You cant wait until the last minute to reveal a console. Thats just not a smart move.

Around 6 months before launch of console it not last minute, XB1 already done that, that is much smarter more than reveal console too early.
