Yes there is, Nintendo said experience playing games on mobile devices and dedicated gaming devices are very different, thats why they making specifickly games only for mobile devices.
Also they said they want to use mobile devices like bridge to other consoles, people who playing some Nintendo mobile game will maybe want much better and bigger experience and maybe then they will buy Nintendo console.
