I think this has Nintendo hands all over it.Maybe, and Im just guessing here, is that Nintendo may be funding some of the localization, in a effort to convince Level 5 to bring it over, to make the 3DS year better, since first party wise, there hasnt and there wont be that many games, even though we got some quality stuff.

I doubt that.  Nintendo has Pokemon coming this year; Yokai is its rival.  Sort of.  I am betting it's Level 5 based on their smug comments late last year.  Nintendo I think does provide some funding to promote the game.  But I doubt Nintendo is doing all that much localization wise.  Could be wrong.
