Hate to break it to everyone, but full version console games are now released on mobile devices simultaneously with their console versions. This is the second year Activision has launched this console game to mobile. This is the full console version of the game.
There is no reason Nintendo can't do the same thing. And before you say this is just a Skylander game, how are Mario games any different.
