The Slim will cause a boost in sales without a price cut. Plus if they drop the consoles price to $300, they will have to drop it again by at least another $50 during the holiday. A $350 slim/PS4 and $450 Neo at E3, $300 slim/PS4 and $400 Neo this holiday sounds more reasonable to me and a better startegy for Sony to maximise profits.
