Point is, an XB1 slim will probably just end up being around the same size of the current PS4 or slightly smaller. If looking at the PS4 right now compared to what it was in 2013 internally, you will see its also already possible for the console to be at least a third smaller than what it was at launch. So at least that means Sony could choose to go a little smaller if they really want to. I feel Sony will announce the Neo at $399. but only as long stocks for the PS4 lasts. once that's done they will drop the price of the Neo to $350. Though it may sound crazy, I actually think the Neo will be as low as $299 by the time the NX launches. |
I think a $299 Neo for the start on 2017 is way to optimistic. Let's not forget that the PS4 has only had 1 $50 price cut in 2 and a half years.
