Ido know what century is the XIX and that the WW II didn't take part in XIXth century.

I'm just saying that governments of yesterday were better than today. And I said USA not Japan in my answer.

Besides that, internment camp to war prisioner is hardly a crime I would hold against a government of that time (and with that time thinking) when today we have it even worse, like guantanamo.
