It won't reach The Avengers. It wouldn't anyway but with X-Men around the corner it will not even come close. 

But not sure how this is a problem, it's a Captain America movie after all. Maybe if it wouldn't be called Captain America it could have a chance^^

It's an Avengers movie. It's got the Avenger's biggest grosser - Iron Man and Marvel's most popular superhero - Spider-Man. Black Widow, Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Falcon, Ant-Man. Sounds like an Avengers movie to me.
