I'd wait for next month's sales. It could be that people have preordered and are waiting for the UC4 bundle, so sales will be up quite a bit MOM. Besides, it's not like the PS4 is down YOY. It's basically flat. If next month's sales are down quite a bit YOY, then we can say the Neo rumors have killed sales.
