I Don't think they are planing to make JRPG exclusives those kind of games don't sell on Xbox, i think that they don't have any cost selling the console for Japan, the console sell 500-700 units per Month and is dropping sales, if they have 30 Thousands of units on Stock this would be enought for several years.
