I'm still deeply convinced that both Russia and the US both know more than they admit about MH17. Both sides have shown suspicious behaviour when it comes to MH17; both sides have "something to hide" here.
I therefore believe the real truth about MH17 is much more complicated than the simple "The eastern ukrainian freedom fighters did it" or "the western ukrainian army did it" explanations most people tend to (and which version people prefer is usually just a matter of whom they have more sympathies for).

I have a personal theory about what really happened with MH17. It might be completely wrong, but the beauty about it is how many things suddenly make sense within this theory. I'm not going into details, but I'm strongly convinced people focus too much on the question of "who pulled the trigger?". That is an obvious, but in this particular case, I believe it is also a completely misleading question.
