You are assuming I havent been there... a hell of a lot of times over many years... arent you. 

So you'd rather live in eastern europe than western europe.  Fine.  Quite a lot (a hell of a lot) of eastern europeans disagree as we see every day.

Take Poland for example.  The place is cheap as chips,  the food is so much nicer,  the peoples attitude is so much better and the towns and cities are beautiful.  

 

I remember buying about 200 euro worth of food and alcohol from a super market there and it costing less than 20 euro in their currency.  It was in a town.  

 

Honestly countries like this are way better than the over priced West.
