Apple's A9 ARM processor is MORE POWERFUL than the Wii U. If the Wii U can run the game, obviously something more powerful can to.

I did not say CAN. I said WILL.  The answer is NO.  The game is not designed to be played on a phone NOR is a phone optimized for games like a console REGARDLESS of how powerful it is.  There is a reason we do not see retail PS4 games on phones.

I knew someone would reply with that stupid ignorant response the moment I posted.  (And no, I am not calling you yourself stupid or ignorant)

Actually they are running XBox One tech demos on ARM chips right now.

But here is the thing. Nintendo is having a custom chip designed to their specifications, either X86 or ARM. Nobody knows which it will be. ARM chips are expected to equal PS4/XBO power by 2017. NX launches in 2017. So it's just as wild to speculate a super powerful ARM chip as it is to say it will be ZEN architecture.

All we know is that Nintendo is planning to unify their hand held and console games under one operating system. Would it be easier to upscale ARM to the console or downscale X86 to the portable system?

Hey! They got SONY on my amiibo! Wait a minute. Two great gaming tastes that game great together!
