Polaris-based GPU is pretty much a given for me - there is everything speaking for it and nothing against. It's the Zen CPU-based APU that's most interesting for me. This would give NX the extra umpf it needs to outclass PS4 Neo.
The best APU right now costs $140 at retail (I believe), a medium-level Zen/Polaris one should be very affordable for N and would easily allow to fit in the $399 limit. The question is, how late before the release of NX can this chip hit the market? Zen was scheduled for Q3 2016, but got delayed to Q4. Isn't that too late? Or is it because AMD is building the APU and will have it for March for Nintendo? I'd love it if this was true, since it'd make NX a powerhouse at the same price. And very power-efficient at that.
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/
My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.
