If they mention the event at E3, that is actually a pretty good plan. Focus E3 on their biggest upcoming IP and NX launch title, then hold a dedicated event for the NX reveal with a proper launch line up right after. If this is the case I can def say that there seems to be method to this madness after all.
Still, I will reserve my hype till the big N makes it official, which would probably be dropped at E3 at some point.
