NJ5 is correct, you are a troll. You haven't played the game and take the reviewers' word for it on how the game plays. Most reviewers didn't know how to play the game.

Look through this page of the thread again, you see several people pointing out that Mario Kart Wii MUST take skill or otherwise I wouldn't be able to win so many races. Everything points to the reviewers being wrong and if you want to challenge this conclusion, there's a simple way to do this: Play against me.

It's not just the gaming sites, go read some user reviews.

Many of them claim the powerslide has been simplified.
