Well, they own 1/3 outright, and an "undisclosed" stake in Creatures Inc (lol). which owns another 1/3. However, since they own 100% of the Pokemon IP, and TPC and Creatures Inc. are worthless without that (and maybe even Game Freak), then they have far more of the decision making power than their stake implies.
