Fallout 4 has a lot of content, yes, but that content (as in places and objects and NPCs, etc) has to be shown on screen and with polygons and textures, and the game is lacking in those parts which is the reason of why it looks bad compared to other modern games like The Witcher 3 that is also a WRPG.
The next gen version of GTA V is not just an upscaled port, it has improved geometry, textures and... well, basically everything that could be improved, was improved. And those 50GB are for the console versions, at least the PS4 one.

Yet another large game that is graphically better in Farcry Primal is even smaller in size than F4.

Don't know about Primal as I don't like the Far Cry series.
Still, for someone who accused me of basing my comments on a couple of games, you are doing the same thing
