In MU Cap is considered one of the best hand to hand fighters (after Shang-chi and a few others), I read a comic once where Diamondback was having a sparring match with him and she couldn't lay a hand on him. His reactions and reflexes were too much for her, who is an excellent hand to hand fighter and has the fitness of top class athlete. Only thing IM has going for him is the impact of the metal suit, the enhanced strength, he replexes and reactions would be less than Diamondback's easily.
