People keep forgetting that IGN's 8.8 isn't the final score. It's a place holder until they finish the multiplayer. Besides, I only expect Quarter to Three to really give it a score lower than 8. EDGE is likely to hand it a higher mark.

Well she already played the Beta and the 8.8 reflects that. I doubt there's much that's going to change especially since she completed the campaign. I don't think we can expect anything of Quarter to Three. Giving The Last of Us 6/10 makes you completely unreliable and unexpected. I too doubt EDGE will be lower than 8 but too many 8s can lower a score pretty quickly.
