I think a lot of people misread what I said. Zelda U doesn't count as it's not exclusive. It is still being cannibalised by the NX's release date. I certainly don't see it coming out before the NX's release and it certainly looks like Nintendo is going to push it for people to upgrade for a better experience.
As for some of those other games. Yes they are coming, but you guys mentioned what? 3? While some of them look cool. They don't have something for everyone. Which is why I feel it's a notable issue. People complained about Nintendo have droughts before, but this is something different.
