I've seen that episode and it's representative of the show. You can expect two fun minutes in the beginning, but after the premise for an episode has been established, it all too often drops into mediocrity and doesn't recover. Which is all the more disappointing when individual episodes only last 11 minutes. You'd think that would reduce padding, but that isn't the case here.

Ice Bear might actually be the weakest main character of the show. He tags along but doesn't contribute much. His one-dimensional approach to dialogues would work for a side character who drops a single line in (almost) every episode, but for a main character it gets old too fast.

Well Ice Bear is kind of a background character. He doesn't often get as much focus as the other two, but sometimes he can really shine despite being in the background. Have you watched the bear cleanse episode yet? The focus of that one is obviously on Grizz & Pan, yet some of the most memorable scenes from it are the Ice Bear ones.

Let's not forget "Chloe and Ice Bear" where he probably gets the most screen time out of any episode, and the episode was pretty adorable.
