There is no singular Polaris chip anyway, there's Polaris 10 and 11 which come in different form factors, Nintendo could be using something more akin to Polaris 11 which is designed for laptops. It could still be quite powerful though.
Unlikely they are using any Polaris style config that's in the 100 watt range.
