You would think that this would free up a bunch of cash to actually invest into making more games. I made a thread awhile back about asking if they should sell the team. I believe they got a pretty good deal considering they had 55% of a team that was valued at 100m back when they bought it. The TV deals are driving up the value of the teams right now and I believe they got about a 2 billion dollar TV deal for the Mariners. They made a pretty damn good profit and hopefully use it to fuel more games.
