That no really true. Economically, sometimes you have to invest heavily before seeing any kind of profit. It all depends on the planning but yes MS and Sony should have leaned a valuable lesson here. Consoles need to be cheaper and graphics only sell to a fraction of the market. The big piece of the pie just wants to have fun while playing a game, they could care less is the game looks like real life or not.
