All I'd need is assurances that there won't be any game droughts (even if they have no western 3rd party support) and they could do that by unifying their software libraries. If they did that, I'd have absolutely no problem buying the NX day one. Like this gen, if you gave me the combined 1st/2nd party software output of the 3DS and Wii U on one platform, that would have been amazing.
