Really that cheap? Then they could use something similar to the a9x chip, but even that chip isnt much stronger then the wii u and its still relativly expensive (the ps4 jaguar cpu is like 90 bucks if i remember right and ALOT stronger then the a9x).
Laptops Gpus are special mobile versions of GPUS. They are called Nvidia 960M as example (using an M behind the number). They are relativly expensive, get hot, need fences and need alot energy and are just about as strong as the ps4´s graphics chip.
