You know that it's just people giving their opinion like you and I. They don't have any god-like Power to determine what's better for us gamers.
The user's score should be where people look at.

User score is :  Blind loyal fans + trolls + fanboys that either always give 10s or 0s + review bots + people payed to make accounts and post scores ect.

The reason people dont use user score is because mostly its not reliable.
