Yeah I dont think 2/10 sounds fair at all. If the game is adequate it shoudnt score anything less than 5/10. I hated Eurogamers review of Mafia 2 getting a 4/10... to me 4/10 means a game that is rubbish, and it really wasnt. 2/10 sounds like it should be unshippable...

I liked Mafia 2 well enough. Had fun with it in spite of it's flaws. 4/10 is pretty low.
