I agree, the movie was frustrating to watch.
The actions scenes just went on and on and I didn't care.
They nerfed all the strong characters and the combat was stupid.
Captain America wasn't the only dumb one, Tony last movie was like we will protect everyone and be in complete control, and this movie he went the opposite way hard, neither of them were reasonable.
The only time I was having fun was when Spider-Man and Antman were on screen doing stuff, as at least they are fun/funny.
BVS got destroyed and Civil war got good reviews, yet despite the massive plot problems in the first, overall I enjoyed it more.
