Africa also has a birthrate that isn't sustainable as well. But for the most part, the world has finally gotten use to the fact that breeding like rats isn't a good solution. I doubt we'll reach 10 billion within our lifetimes at the rate we're going, which is certainly for the best.

A lot of those African economies are the fastest growing in the world. Eventually their population will slow.
