Ps4 is dying :( Buy another now or ...Ps4 NEO?

I'm in a similar situation. My PS4 either has a bad heat sync, or it's filled with dust (I intend to check that today), because the fan works pretty fucking hard. Like, I can hear it in the next room. If cleaning dish out doesn't fix the problem, I'll probably end up swapping it out with a PS4K when the time comes.
