I didnt talk about sales, like i wrote, "3D Mario is far bigger game that has much stronger impact and that brings lots attention to platform, espacily in 1st year."
Do you really think that NSMBU basically HD version of NSMB was system seller, do you relly think somebody buyed Wii U on first place to play NSMB HD!? Do you think some one said look that great and phenomenal 2D Mario game on brand new console!?
Even 2D Mario is more popular its not game that sales systems like 3D Mario, also 3D Mario can show power of new hardware while 2D game really can't do that, so 3D Mario like launch or 1st year game is far better choice than 2D Mario.
