Prediction: Nintendo will announce the date of the NX Press Conference within a week

No chance, NX is completely skipping E3 so there no point to have NX Press Conference/Direct before E3 and then not showing it later at E3.
Realistically we can expect revile in September/October (maybe at TGS in middle of September).
