Missing holiday season will hurt them quite a bit(in my opinion) as the PS4 will probably have something close to 65 million units in homes by March 2017...

That is one hellva headstart.

Even if the NX has some more power or something special about it, 3rd party wont just ditch those 60m+ Sony users, or the 25m? Xbox One users, in favor of Nintendo.

Also the more people that buy a PS4 or XB1, the less non hardcore nintendo fans, are there as potential buyers.
